The exact scope of work will be defined in each individual project proposal or agreement before the start of the project.
3. Project Proposals and Approvals
Before any project begins, a detailed proposal will be provided outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Once the proposal is reviewed and approved by the client, the project work will officially commence. Any changes requested after approval may require and updated proposal or additional fees.
4. Fees and Payments
All projects require a 50% upfront payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and final delivery of the agreed deliverables.
Payment Terms:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved digital methods.
Work will only begin once the initial deposit has been received.
Late payments may delay project timelines and may incur a late fee of 2% per month.
5. Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated in the proposal. Revisions are intended to refine the work, not completely change the original scope.
Any additional revision rounds or major scope changes will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated beforehand.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure an efficient and smooth collaboration, the client agrees to:
Provide all necessary content, access, and materials on time.
Respond to messages and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays.
Any delays in communication or missing inputs may extend the project timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client.
LPA-Atlantics OÜ retains rights to any Ai tools, systems, templates, or proprietary methods used during the project unless explicitly transferred.
Portfolio Use:
we reserve the right to showcase completed work (non-confidential elements only) in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the client will be invoiced for all completed work up to that point.
The initial deposit (50%) is non-refundable once the project has started, as resources and time are committed immediately.
If LPA-Atlantics OÜ cannot complete the project due to internal reasons, a fair partial refund will be offered bases on work completed.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the project. This includes, but is not limited to: business strategies, internal documents, financial data, processes, and any proprietary AI systems or automation setups.
